Tambone specializes in the acquisition of office, industrial and multifamily properties.  Our focus has been in Florida as well as the Greater Boston area for over 30 years. We pride ourselves in having strong relationships with the investment and brokerage community. A majority of our acquisitions have been joint ventures with a variety of partners.

Tambone has a portfolio containing both stabilized and value-added properties, and uses a combination of long and short term investments matched with appropriate financing to take advantage of the magnitude of opportunities that exist in the marketplace.
