Rich Jackson
Richard Jackson is Vice President of Development for Tambone Companies. He facilitates relationships and identifies new development opportunities as well as providing management support of current projects. .
Rich comes to Tambone with nearly two decades of experience in the construction industry including, most recently, 16 years as Senior Project Manager for Walsh Brothers in New England.
With an impressive portfolio of ground up construction projects under his belt, Rich has substantial experience working on complex research and health care projects, as well as projects with intricate architectural details. Rich enjoys connecting with clients and has built many strong relationships through successful project deliveries.
Rich holds a BS in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology. He is a LEED Accredited Professional and holds a Certificate of Management-Lean Construction.
Kim Blair
Kim Blair is a Project Manager for Tambone Companies. Her responsibilities include working with all of the Tambone Team members to support them in all aspects of project coordination starting at the pre-development phase through project completion.
Prior to joining Tambone, Kim gained experience in luxury custom home and commercial construction and sales. She worked at Black Diamond Residential in Jupiter as a Project Coordinator/Project Engineer and previously held similar positions with Hedrick Brothers Construction in West Palm Beach, Maxwell Building Corporation in Jupiter, and First Premier Builders in Tequesta. Prior to that she was a real estate Broker Associate with Premier Properties of South Florida in Tequesta and Old Marsh Realty in Palm Beach Gardens. Kim is a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Virginia.
Rebecca Dunn
Rebecca Dunn is the Project Coordinator & Marketing Manager. She works directly with the Leadership Team on project presentation development, proposal coordination for land sales and build-to-suits, and preparation of client and project financial packages. In addition, Rebecca leads all of the company's marketing efforts.
Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Finance from Florida Atlantic University and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Florida.
Alexandria Tambone
Alexandria Tambone is the Project and Office Administrator for Tambone Companies. Her responsibilities focus on the financial administration of the office and Tambone Projects.
Alexandria comes to Tambone after working in the financial industry. She previously worked with Brown Brothers Harriman as a Corporate Actions Income and Tax team lead, where her responsibilities included reconciling international cash dividend payments. Following her tenure at Brown Brothers, she joined Fidelity Investments as a Global Corporate Actions Analyst. Her responsibilities at Fidelity included reconciling U.S and international voluntary dividend events.
Alexandria holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Degree with a Dual Option in Finance (Analytics & Quantitative Finance Track), and Information Systems Business Analytics from the University of New Hampshire.
