It was an honor to attend the groundbreaking of the incredible new Treasure Coast Food Bank facility coming to Fort Pierce at Orange 95 Commerce Center. Congratulations to Judy Cruz and her team on this monumental achievement.
Tambone Companies is proud to be the project manager of this much-needed project. 1 in 4 of our neighbors struggle with food insecurity in St. Lucie County. The Treasure Coast Food Bankaims not only to fulfill the immediate needs of our neighbors, but to help them create prosperous, fulfilling, and self-sufficient lives. The Treasure Coast Food Bank headquarters will be a 113,000 SF warehouse and distribution facility, serving more than 250,000 people each week. This project is incredible for its economic impact and job creation, as well as its service to those who need it most.
The warehouse construction is expected to bring a one-time economic boost of $32.2 million during construction and an annual recurring positive impact of $12 million. This is supported by the creation of 53 direct new jobs, 19.5 indirect jobs, and 11.5 induced jobs.
The Orange 95 Commerce Center is a Class A Institutional- Quality Light Industrial, Manufacturing & Distribution Center located in St. Lucie County. The development covers 61 acres and has been approved for over 700,000 SF of industrial development. Options include Build-to-Suits, Land Sale, and Warehouse Leases.
