Orange 95 Commerce Center

Tambone Companies is excited to announce our newest development project in St. Lucie County - a state-of-the-art 113,000 SF warehouse and distribution facility at the Orange 95 Commerce Center in Fort Pierce, Florida. The development covers 61 acres and has been approved for over 700,000 SF of industrial development.


This new facility will serve as the Treasure Coast Food Bank's headquarters and increase its capacity to serve the community.

OUR ROLE

This project marks the first official facility announcement at the Orange 95 Commerce Center. Tambone Companies has helped to facilitate the purchase and sale of this 14.8 AC site, and will coordinate development management during the permitting and construction of this facility.

COMMUNITY AND ECONOMIC IMPACT

The impact of this new facility is vast - not only does the Treasure Coast Food Bank provide an essential service to its community, but its economic impact on the local economy is monumental.


With this project, St. Lucie County can expect:

  • Assistance for more than 250,000 people each week - including food assistance, nutrition programs, infant and pet pantries, job training and disaster relief;
  • One-time $32.2 million economic impact during construction;
  • $12 million annual, recurring positive impact;
  • 53 direct new jobs, 19.5 indirect jobs, and 11.5 induced jobs; all with a minimum salary of $23.56 per hour;
