Tambone Companies Announces Two New Team Members

Tambone Companies is pleased to welcome two new employees to our Tambone family. Douglas Gordon joins our management team as Vice President of Development and Kimberlee Blair as Project Coordinator.

Douglas is an experienced project engineer with extensive knowledge of the South Florida market and years of experience in the construction industry working with owner’s teams through due diligence, estimating, programming, and approvals. In his new role with Tambone, Douglas will focus on identifying and facilitating new development opportunities and provide management support of current projects.

Douglas was most recently a Partner at Black Diamond Residential LLC and Project Executive at Black Diamond General Contracting in Jupiter, Florida and previously held leadership positions at Hedrick Brothers Construction in West Palm Beach, Anderson-Moore Construction in Lake Park, Florida. He is currently a member of the Economic Development Council of St. Lucie County (EDC) and one of the founders of “EXCEL,” the entrepreneurial arm of the EDC. Additionally, he is President of Scotch & Sharks Inc, a non-profit philanthropic networking group that facilitates various fundraising efforts for local charities. Douglas holds a bachelor's degree in Political Science from Montclair State University in New Jersey.

Kim is a resourceful and detail-oriented construction project coordinator and real estate professional with experience in luxury custom home and commercial construction and sales. Kim’s responsibilities will focus on providing administrative support to all Tambone Team members including project presentation development, proposal coordination for land sales and build-to-suits, preparation of client and project financial packages, marketing coordination and other administrative tasks.

Prior to joining Tambone, Kim also worked at Black Diamond Residential in Jupiter as a Project Coordinator/Project Engineer and previously held similar positions with Hedrick Brothers Construction in West Palm Beach, Maxwell Building Corporation in Jupiter and First Premier Builders in Tequesta. Prior to that she was a real estate broker associate with Premier Properties of South Florida in Tequesta and Old Marsh Realty in Palm Beach Gardens.  Kim is a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Virginia.
