Congratulations to Warehomes Precision, LLC
Tambone Companies is pleased to congratulate Warehomes Precision LLC on their closing on 25.25 acres within the Tradition Center for Commerce and welcome them to the area. The closing took place in mid-December 2021 and was a milestone in our role as the City of Port St. Lucie’s master developer to market 84 acres of land within Tradition Center for Commerce.
The property is located on the east side of Village Parkway, south of Discovery Way. Warehomes will develop about 400,000 square feet of Class A manufacturing, distribution, and office facilities - both speculative and build to suit.
Warehomes Precision is led by Jason Morjain, who also is a managing partner at Dragonfly Investments LLC and is affiliated with Rok Acquisitions, based in Miami. Warehomes’ portfolio consists of manufacturing/industrial buildings, retail, mixed-use properties, multi-family and hotels.
“We appreciate the efforts of everyone who helped facilitate this deal including Russ Blackburn, City Manager of the City of Port St. Lucie, Wes McCurry, Director of the Community Redevelopment Agency, and Ted Konigsberg, President of Infinity Commercial Real Estate, who represented Warehomes in the transaction,” said Richard Tambone, President of Tambone.
Construction will begin shortly, with deliveries to tenants in by the first quarter of next year or sooner. Tambone Companies looks forward seeing the development of the property and the high-paying jobs Warehomes will be bringing to the area.
