Tambone secures another Purchase and Sale Agreement at Tradition Center for Commerce in Port St. Lucie

Port St. Lucie, Fla – Richard Tambone of Tambone Companies, serving as the City of Port St. Lucie’s master developer to market 84 acres of land within Tradition Center for Commerce, is pleased to announce a new land Purchase and Sale Agreement. With the goal of spearheading economic development in the area, Tambone and the city are in the process of negotiating numerous other land contracts.

The agreement, with Warehomes Precision LLC of Miami, is for development of up to 414,000 square feet of Industrial use or up to 276,000 square feet of buildings for Research and Development, Office or Retail on 25.25 acres, located on the east side of Village Parkway, south of Discovery Way.  On October 25, 2021, the City of Port St. Lucie’s Governmental Finance Corporation unanimously approved the agreement. The anticipated closing date is December 15, 2021.

Warehomes Precision is controlled by Jason Morjain who also is a managing partner at Dragonfly Investments, and is affiliated with Rok Development, based in Miami. Warehomes’ portfolio consists of manufacturing/industrial buildings, retail, mixed-use properties, multi-family and hotels.  Ted Konigsberg, President of Infinity Commercial Real Estate, represented Warehomes in the transaction. Mr. Konigsberg is also President of the SIOR Florida Chapter and a board member of the SIOR Foundation. “Negotiating this contract with Mr. Tambone, the staff and elected officials at the City was an absolute pleasure. They are consummate professionals!,” Konigsberg stated.

“Working closely with the City of Port St. Lucie, the Tambone Companies and Infinity Commercial Real Estate, we will be developing this site in a way that will bring high paying jobs to the area. We envision a mixed-use project designed to attract clean manufacturing, research and development,” Morjain added.

The Tradition Center for Commerce will provide development options within Tradition with over 10 million square feet of office, industrial, warehouse, multi-family residential and retail space. Potential uses include: manufacturing; distribution; retail; education; hospitality, warehousing; corporate; medical; research and development and multi-family residential.
