The Tambone Companies have selected Colliers International to sell the former home of the Florida Culinary Institute in West Palm Beach. Located on a 4 acre site at 2400 Metrocentre Boulevard, the special purpose property is a two story 26,959 square foot facility. The firm bought the two office campus in August of 2017 for $15.75 million. The full office campus, spanning eleven acres also includes a three-story, 65,770 sqf educational facility which was the former site of Lincoln College of Technology. The Colliers International team of Kevin McCarthy, Bastian Laggerbauer and Tom Burst will lead the sales effort. “Tambone Companies has the correct vision for the campus setting, recognizing the wide breadth of possibilities for 2400 Metrocentre Boulevard,” said Colliers Associate Bastian Laggerbauer. “With abundant land and liberal zoning, this is an opportunity to capture a piece of the future of West Palm Beach with unlimited potential.”
