Lexington Place is a mixed-use community located in Lexington, MA. Tambone was invited to work with the project team to execute a marketing plan with the developer, investors and Bank. In addition to its 30 residential units, it includes 5,000 square feet of street-level retail space.
Lexington Place was built to Energy Star and LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification standards. It is the first LEED Silver certified mixed-use development in the United States. Our commitment to ‘build green’ means that Lexington Place will use fewer resources — energy, water, materials, land — than typical, code-conforming residential buildings. Our higher design and construction standards bring in more natural light, provide better air quality, and more weather protection. All this will contribute to a higher level of comfort and health for the residents of Lexington Place, as well as enable substantial savings in energy costs.
